Your tasks:

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Generative AI models to solve real-world business problems.
Build and maintain autonomous AI agents or bots capable of performing tasks with minimal human intervention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and automation.
Fine-tune and optimize generative models for specific use cases, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
Implement robust data pipelines and model training workflows using Python and relevant AI frameworks.
Use SQL to extract, transform, and manage data from structured databases to build knowledge bases for AI consumption.
Embed data into vector databases, to be consumed as a knowledge base for AI models.
Monitor and evaluate model performance, ensuring continuous improvement through feedback loops and retraining.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and apply them to enhance existing systems or develop new capabilities.
Document processes, architectures, and best practices to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing across the team.

Your Profile:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working with Generative AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models, transformers).
Strong proficiency in Python, with practical experience in libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar.
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Knowledge and practical usage of vector databases, and embeddings.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions using AI.
Experience in building and deploying AI agents or bots for automation tasks.
Familiarity with prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and API integration.
Understanding of software engineering principles, version control, and cloud platforms is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative mindset.

It automates job aggregation, classification, selection, and distribution by creating sophisticated campaigns to optimize applicant returns. Therefore, we keep looking for new employees for our fully remote offices in Noida (Delhi/NCR).
