About Us

We are a product-based company and develop a software-as-a-service solution, called ‘Jobspreader’ since 2010. Jobspreader helps companies and professionals to find each other faster. We call the technology behind it programmatic job advertising. It does so, by automatic job aggregation, classification, judgement, spreading, and creating sophisticated campaigns to continuously optimize the return of applicants. For our German speaking customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, we are solving the job market situation by our SaaS product, Jobspreader.

Our Journey

With ideas in 2007, Jobspreader was launched in 2010 in Hamburg (Germany) with just 5 member-team. Won Excellence Award for Social Media Recruiting in 2012. Received large orders in 2014, and in 2015 the Indian Development Center in Noida inaugurated. In 2017, first Hamburg-Noida colleague exchange. With growth in 2018, both German and Indian offices were relocated. In 2019, the first team-building trip to Goa with full team. Survived 2020 with no layoffs, and no cuts. In 2022, with 60+ member team, looking forward to break into big enterprise customers.

How We Work

We give a great importance to independence, flexibility, responsibility and trust. Of course, this applies to the working conditions, but also to your tasks at the Wollmilchsau.

Workplace: Choose where you want to work. With 2022, we have fully gone remote, so you can work completely from your home office / 100% remotely while on the go. The only important thing for us is that you have a stable Internet connection, can work with concentration and are accessible to everyone. In addition, we require a place of residence in India - despite the remote location. As a remote first company, it is still important for us to maintain personal contact and meet regularly. That's why we invite you monthly online fun-events, and meetings - to celebrate, for collaborating and so on. And yearly, as a team-building exercise, we plan fully paid team outstation trips as well.

Working hours: We have fixed working hours, with absolutely no over-time. In concrete terms, this means that start at 11:30 IST, and end at 20:30 IST sharp. No obligations to work past that, and no obligations to start earlier. All Saturdays/Sundays are strictly off. Of course, if you need an occasional short-leave for Doctor’s appointment, or picking up your child from school, that’s never a problem. It is important to us that your team knows when you can be reached. This concept works well for us when promises are reliably kept. You should also record your working hours so that you can compensate for overtime and undertime.

Tasks & Projects: We are a small company with flat hierarchies and departments organized in agile circles. Neither of us gets a to-do list from the team lead. The tasks result from the strategy, the goals and the projects you are working on. And you are responsible for that yourself. The agile structure and the high degree of independence also ensure that it is possible and required to think outside the box. You will regularly work on projects in other departments. And if you recognize connections, interfaces and potential yourself, you will be successful with us in the long term.
