2007-2009 Humble Beginnings
Founded as Captum GbR, rebranded to Atenta GbR, focusing on personnel consulting. Launched the HR blog "Wollmilchsau," job search engine, and Facebook job-board software.

2010-2012 Trailblazing Innovation
Launched Jobspreader software and shifted focus to software development. Won Social Media Recruiting Excellence Award and worked with group-level clients.

Became Wollmilchsau GmbH, expanded Jobspreader, opened an office in Noida, and strengthened sales and creative teams.

Transitioned to a pure software company, introduced HR analytics, and moved to new offices in Hamburg and Noida.

Introduced new features (JQX, job market matrix) and an updated customer dashboard. Shifted services towards enterprise clients (100 customers with a minimum of €100K budget).
